Under the hood
The backend is a Fastify API that handles recipe parsing from any source — including social media — with multi-level Redis caching for performance and full observability through OpenTelemetry, PostHog and Sentry. The app itself is built with Expo and React Native, using Zustand for state and Reanimated to do the animation heavy lifting.
